By using ContentHooks, you agree to comply with these terms of service and applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use ContentHooks.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use ContentHooks. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. ContentHooks is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The login service which is provided by Content Academy is powered by Whop, a third-party authentication service. By using the login service, you agree to comply with Whop's terms of service and privacy policy.
You may use ContentHooks only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms of service. You agree not to use ContentHooks in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
ContentHooks uses artificial intelligence to analyze your videos and generate hooks, feedback, and recommendations. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific purpose, and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content, and we make no guarantee about the performance or results of content created with the Service's assistance.
You retain ownership of the videos, images, and other content you submit to ContentHooks ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Content Academy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that doing so does not infringe any third party's rights.
All content and materials on ContentHooks, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Content Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content or materials from ContentHooks without the express written consent of Content Academy.
Subscriptions to ContentHooks are billed on a recurring basis, and you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription at the then-current rate. Payment is processed by Whop. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
All subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. This includes, without limitation, partial months of service, accidental purchases, and dissatisfaction with the Service. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@contentacademy.io and we will review the charge, but issuing a refund remains at our discretion.
ContentHooks is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Content Academy and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of ContentHooks. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Content Academy and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these terms.
You may stop using ContentHooks and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
If you believe content available through ContentHooks infringes your copyright, contact us at support@contentacademy.io with a description of the work, the material you believe infringes it, and your contact information. We will review and respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable copyright law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Content Academy is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through the courts or arbitration procedures applicable in that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of ContentHooks after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
